Ingredients

  • 1 x (10 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 lb bacon
  • 5 x Large eggs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 10 slc Cheddar or possibly American cheese

Method

  • Preheat over to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place biscuits 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 11 min or possibly till golden.
  • Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
  • Cook over medium-high heat till proportionately brown.
  • Drain and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, beat together Large eggs and lowfat milk.
  • Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
  • Scramble Large eggs to your liking.
  • Cut open biscuits, lightly butter, layer with Large eggs, bacon, and cheese.
