Ingredients
- 1 x (10 oz) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 lb bacon
- 5 x Large eggs
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 10 slc Cheddar or possibly American cheese
Method
- Preheat over to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Place biscuits 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake in preheated oven for 8 to 11 min or possibly till golden.
- Place bacon in a large, deep skillet.
- Cook over medium-high heat till proportionately brown.
- Drain and set aside.
- In a large bowl, beat together Large eggs and lowfat milk.
- Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat.
- Scramble Large eggs to your liking.
- Cut open biscuits, lightly butter, layer with Large eggs, bacon, and cheese.
