Ingredients
- 4 veal cutlets
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Old Bay
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
Method
- Beat egg with water.
- Season cutlets with salt (half teaspoon), Old Bay and paprika.
- Dip cutlets in egg and water mixture, then in bread crumbs and salt (half teaspoon).
