Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb Wild flounder fillet (any other tall white fish)
  • 1 1/2 Lemon
  • 1 Bell Pepper
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 bunch Green Onion
  • 3 tbsp Paprika
  • 3 clove Garlic
  • 1 can Coconut Milk
  • 3 Ripe Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Red Palm Oil

Method

  • Cut the Fish in cubes Add: paprika, salt, pepper, and lemons
  • Let it marinate for approximately 30min
  • Dice the tomatoes, onions, bell peppers
  • Place the Fish And the other ingredients In to a Pan
  • Add coconut milk
  • Let it cook in low temperature for about 20
  • Add one cup of Red Palm Oil and let it cooking for more 10min
  • And that's it you're done
