Ingredients
- 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate
- 2 cups half and half
- 1 cup brandy
- 2 cups hot brewed coffee
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Method
- Cook chocolate and half-and-half in a large saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate melts (do not boil).
- Add brandy, coffee, and sugar, stirring until sugar melts.
- Remove from heat.
- Beat whipping cream and vanilla at high speed with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Fold into coffee mixture.
- Serve immediately.
