Ingredients
- 1 pkg. of bologna
- flour
- milk
- salt
- pepper
Method
- Chop bologna into small pieces.
- Fry bologna in oil till brown.
- Turn heat down to medium, and add salt, pepper to taste. Add 3 to 4 tbsp. sifted flour and stir till flour browns slightly. Add milk to desired thickness.
- To make sausage gravy, use 12 oz. or 1 lb. sausage, crumble, fry.
- Drain and add flour and milk, simmer.
