Ingredients
- 3 lb. cubed stew meat
- 1 clove minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1 c. tomato sauce
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 2 onions, diced
- 1/2 c. Burgundy wine
- 3 Tbsp. tapioca
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 carrots, sliced
- 4 potatoes, quartered
Method
- Put all ingredients, except potatoes and carrots, into a large casserole.
- Cover.
- Bake 3 hours. Add vegetables.
- Cover and bake 1 more hour.
