Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. crab meat, cooked
- 2 c. white sauce
- 1/4 c. sherry wine
- 1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Add sherry to white sauce and gently fold in crab meat.
- Pour into a 2 1/2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350° until bubbly.
