Ingredients
- boar spareribs
- 1 large can sauerkraut
- 3 strips bacon, diced
- 2 apples, sliced
- 1 tsp. caraway seed
- salt and pepper
Method
- Cover bottom of a roasting pan with sauerkraut.
- Place over it bacon, apples and the boar ribs.
- Sprinkle with caraway seed, salt and pepper.
- Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours or until meat is tender.
