Ingredients

  • 24 graham crackers, crushed
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 can blueberry pie filling
  • 1 box (2 pkg.) Dream Whip *
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. milk

Method

  • Cream together 1/2 cup sugar and cream cheese, then add eggs and 2 tablespoons milk to this and beat.
  • Put the custard mixture over the crumbs in the pan and bake at 350° for about 15 minutes. Cool.
  • Then spread blueberry pie filling over top of custard.
  • Mix Dream Whip according to directions on package, adding 1 tablespoon sugar and 2 tablespoons milk.
  • Spread over top of blueberries and sprinkle with the 1/2 cup of crumb mixture.
  • Refrigerate.
