Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) grape Jell-O
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 (No. 2) can blueberry pie filling
  • 1/2 pt. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Mix the first 2 ingredients together.
  • Pour into large 10 x 13-inch loaf cake pan.
  • Chill until set.
  • Cover with bottom mix. Get cheese to room temperature.
  • Add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
  • Beat until smooth.
  • Put on top of the Jell-O mix.
  • Add crushed nuts and/or cherries to decorate.
  • Makes a very large salad and is very good.
