Ingredients
- 2 (3 oz.) grape Jell-O
- 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple (don't drain)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 (No. 2) can blueberry pie filling
- 1/2 pt. sour cream
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Mix the first 2 ingredients together.
- Pour into large 10 x 13-inch loaf cake pan.
- Chill until set.
- Cover with bottom mix. Get cheese to room temperature.
- Add the sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
- Beat until smooth.
- Put on top of the Jell-O mix.
- Add crushed nuts and/or cherries to decorate.
- Makes a very large salad and is very good.
