Ingredients
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 c. blueberries
- dash of salt
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 to 3 c. blueberries
Method
- Bring first five ingredients together to boil and cook 4 minutes or until berries break and color turns blue.
- Add butter and lemon juice.
- Cool slightly.
- Then add 3 to 4 cups raw blueberries and gently fold in.
- Pour into baked pie crust.
- Chill for several hours.
- Top with whipped cream or Cool Whip.
