Ingredients
- 9-inch unbaked pie shell
- 1 quart fresh blueberries (rinsed)
- 3 Tbsp cornstarch
- 3 Tbsp granulated sugar replacement or granulated fructose
Method
- Combine blueberries, cornstarch and sugar replacement in bowl. Toss to coat and pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 35 to 40 minutes.
