Ingredients
- 2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. self-rising flour
- 1 egg
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Method
- Arrange fruit in unbaked pie shell.
- Sprinkle 1/3 cup of the sugar over fruit.
- Mix the remaining 2/3 cup of sugar with the melted butter, egg and flour and pour over the fruit.
- Bake at 325° approximately 45 minutes.
