Ingredients
- 2 c. Flour
- 1/2 c. Sugar
- 2-1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. Nutmeg
- 1 Egg beaten
- 1/4 c. melted Butter or Margarine
- 3/4 c. Milk
- 1 c. Blueberries, floured
Method
- Sift together all of the dry ingredients.
- Add the remaining ingredients except the Blueberries.
- Stir until the flour mixture is dampened.
- Fold in the Blueberries.
- Spoon into greased muffin tins.
- Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes or till tooth pick comes out clean.
