Ingredients
- 2 c. unbleached flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 6 Tbsp. Canola oil
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. blueberries
Method
- Combine dry ingredients in bowl.
- Add liquids and mix well. Gently fold in blueberries.
- Makes 18 muffins.
- Bake 16 minutes at 400°.
