Ingredients
- 1 2/3 c. sifted cake flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs, unbeaten
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. blueberries
Method
- Cream margarine.
- Add sugar and cream until fluffy.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each.
- Add flour and milk alternately.
- Add blueberries and pour into greased muffin tins. Bake at 375° for 20 minutes.
