Ingredients

  • 4 whole Skinless Chicken Breasts Sliced Thin
  • 4 teaspoons Cajun Seasoning
  • 1 Tablespoon Oil
  • 2 slices Green Onion
  • 4 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Tablespoons Chopped Sun Dried Tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons Basil
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Garlic Powder
  • 1 pound Linguine Noodles, Cooked, To Serve
  • 1/2 cups Grated Parmesan Cheese, For Garnish

Method

  • Toss chicken in Cajun seasoning.
  • Oil pan and cook until done.
  • Reduce heat and add all the addititional ingredients.
  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let simmer until thickened.
  • Serve over linguine, sprinkled with Parmesan.
