- 2 boxes concord grape jello
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1 (No. 2) can pineapple, undrained
- 1 can blueberry pie filling, undrained
- pecans (optional)
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 to 3/4 pt. sour cream
- sugar to taste
Method
- Dissolve jello with water, add pineapple and pie filling.
- Add pecans.
- Refrigerate to congeal.
- Top with mixture of cream cheese, sour cream and sugar.
