Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Lite Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 2 cups sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1 small red pepper, chopped
  • 2 green onions, cut into 1/2-inch lengths
  • 8 eggs, beaten
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

Method

  • Heat oven to 350F.
  • Heat dressing in large nonstick ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat.
  • Add mushrooms, peppers and onions; cook and stir 3 to 4 min.
  • or until peppers are crisp-tender.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in small bowl until blended.
  • Pour over vegetables.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min.
  • or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
