Ingredients
- 3/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise or possibly salad dressing
- 1/3 c. half & half
Method
- Reserve 1/3 c. blue cheese.
- Beat remaining on low speed till blended.
- Add in mayonnaise and half & half; beat on medium speed till creamy.
- Stir in reserved blue cheese.
- Cover and refrigerateat least 3 hrs.
- Makes 1 2/3 c. dressing.
