- apples
- brown sugar
- cinnamon
- butter
Method
- Core apples.
- Pierce skin.
- Place in 2-quart glass dish. Spoon sugar, cinnamon and butter into cavity.
- Cover and cook until tender.
- (Let stand before testing doneness.) Microwave as follows:
- One apple for 2 to 3 minutes; two apples for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes, four apples for 4 to 5 minutes and six apples for 6 to 6 1/2 minutes.
