Ingredients
- 2 1/2 to 3 lb. cooked chicken, deboned
- 3 c. chicken broth
- 4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed (save 1 c. crackers for top)
- 1 c. Velveeta cheese
- 3 well beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 can mushroom soup
Method
- Mix well and pour into 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Cover with cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for 20 minutes or until browned.
