- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti, broken into 2 inch pieces
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/3 c. grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 (15 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 tsp. leaf oregano
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 c. cottage cheese
- 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Method
- Cook spaghetti.
- Place in 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Stir in butter, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper and egg until thoroughly mixed. Spread evenly in pan.
