Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 6 oz. chocolate chips
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/3 c. cooking oil
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Method

  • Beat cream cheese, egg, sugar and salt.
  • Stir in chocolate chips and set aside.
  • May want to double the second mixture.
  • Sift together the dry ingredients and beat together all the ingredients.
  • Fill small cake liners with second mixture and then drop 1/2 teaspoon of first mixture on top of each.
  • Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.
