Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast (Boneless And Skinless), Cut Into Cubes
  • 1/2 cups Chopped Onion
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Cut Into Pieces
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Paste
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin Seeds
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Turmeric
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 2 Tablespoons Chopped Cilantro

Method

  • Heat the oil and fry chicken until golden brown.
  • In a blender, add onion, jalapeno, garlic, ginger, coriander seeds and cumin seeds.
  • Make a paste.
  • Add salt, turmeric, and pepper to chicken.
  • Add paste to chicken and cook for 1 minute.
  • Add water, reduce heat to medium and cook until chicken is dry.
  • Garnish with cilantro and serve.
