Ingredients

  • 3 qt. ciliegine fresh mozzarella
  • 3 qt. grape tomatoes
  • 3/4 cup pesto
  • 1 cup Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp. kosher salt
  • 3/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onions, brunoise
  • 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted

Method

  • Combine mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto, bistro sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • For 2 servings: Spoon 2 cups (500 mL) salad onto serving plate; top with 1 tsp.
  • (5 mL) each of the remaining ingredients.
  • Serve immediately.
