- 3 qt. ciliegine fresh mozzarella
- 3 qt. grape tomatoes
- 3/4 cup pesto
- 1 cup Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
- 1 Tbsp. garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp. kosher salt
- 3/4 tsp. fresh cracked black pepper
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 cup Kraft Shredded Parmesan
- 1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onions, brunoise
- 1/4 cup pine nuts, toasted
Method
- Combine mozzarella, tomatoes, pesto, bistro sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
- For 2 servings: Spoon 2 cups (500 mL) salad onto serving plate; top with 1 tsp.
- (5 mL) each of the remaining ingredients.
- Serve immediately.
