Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1 c. biscuit mix
- 1/4 c. cold water
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- salt to taste
- 2 (7 oz.) cans tuna, drained and flaked
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Saute onion and green pepper in butter until tender.
- Blend in flour; cook over low heat until bubbly.
- Gradually add milk.
- Cook until smooth and thickened, stirring constantly.
- Stir in salt, pepper and tuna.
- Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 2-quart casserole.
