Ingredients
- 1 x (16.5 oz) can pitted Bing cherries, liquid removed, juice reserved
- 1 x (8 oz) can crushed pineapple, juice reserved
- 1 x (6 oz) package cherry gelatin
- 1 x (3 oz) package cream cheese
- 6 x fluid ounces cola-flavored carbonated beverage
- 1 c. minced pecans
Method
- In a sauce pan, combine reserved cherry juice and pineapple juice to equal 1 c.. Bring to boil, add in gelatin and whisk together.
- Remove from heat and add in cream cheese and blend together till smooth.
- Add in cola and beat till mix becomes fluffy.
- Mix in cherries, pineapple, and nuts.
- Pour into molded container, refrigerate6 to 8 hrs or possibly till hard.
