Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
- 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
- 18 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3 14 cups chicken broth
- 2 12 cups long grain white rice
Method
- Cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
- Saute garlic, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and pepper flakes in olive oil.
- Add chicken broth and bring to a hard boil.
- Add rice and bring to a hard boil stirring occasionally.
- Reduce to lowest heat and cover.
- Cook on low for 22-27 minutes.
