Ingredients

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon seasoning salt
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 18 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 3 14 cups chicken broth
  • 2 12 cups long grain white rice

Method

  • Cover bottom of pan with olive oil.
  • Saute garlic, seasoned salt, seasoned pepper and pepper flakes in olive oil.
  • Add chicken broth and bring to a hard boil.
  • Add rice and bring to a hard boil stirring occasionally.
  • Reduce to lowest heat and cover.
  • Cook on low for 22-27 minutes.
