Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. buttery crackers
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Method
- Crush the entire package of crackers and mix with melted margarine.
- Press half of this mixture in a 1-quart casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over cracker mixture in casserole.
- Place remaining cracker mixture over this and bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Yields 6 to 8 servings.
