Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) pkg. buttery crackers
  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream

Method

  • Crush the entire package of crackers and mix with melted margarine.
  • Press half of this mixture in a 1-quart casserole dish. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over cracker mixture in casserole.
  • Place remaining cracker mixture over this and bake at 375° for about 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Yields 6 to 8 servings.
