Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. margarine, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c. mashed bananas
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Mix sugar, sour cream, margarine and eggs in large bowl.
- Beat in bananas and vanilla.
- Beat in flour, salt and baking soda.
- Stir in nuts.
- Spread in greased and floured jelly roll pan (15 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 1-inch).
- Bake until light brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
- Cool and frost.
