Ingredients
- 1 stick butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 bunch green onions
- 1/4 c. white wine
- 1 (12 ounce.) can evaporated lowfat milk
- 1/2 pound Swiss cheese
- 1 pound Lobster Delights
- Salt, pepper, Tabasco
Method
- Heat butter, saute/fry minced green onions and flour.
- Cook 1 minute.
- Add in white wine, evaporated lowfat milk, (grated) Swiss cheese, Lobster Delights, salt, pepper and Tabasco.
- Stir constantly.
- Don't BOIL.
- Pour over Pepperidge Farm Pattie Shells.
