Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 1 c. coconut
- 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1 c. pecans, chopped fine
Method
- Bake cake on cookie sheet.
- While cake bakes, simmer sugar and pineapple.
- After cake is done, punch holes and pour on the pineapple and sugar.
- Chill.
- Make pudding and add coconut.
- Pour over cake.
- Top with Cool Whip, then the pecans.
