- 1 14 cups white whole wheat flour
- 13 cup cocoa
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 12 cups turbinado sugar or 1 12 cups sucanat
- 14 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup applesauce
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 12 cup walnuts, chopped
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Spray 8x8" pan with vegetable oil spray.
- Mix all dry ingredients except turbinado sugar and chopped walnuts in large bowl.
- Mix all wet ingredients and sugar together in medium bowl.
- Blend wet ingredients into the large bowl of dry ingredients until smooth.
- Fold in the walnuts.
- Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
