Ingredients

  • 14 cup steak sauce
  • 14 cup ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 14 cup water
  • 4 country-style pork ribs, 6oz . each
  • 1 medium onion, sliced into rings

Method

  • In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients, EXCEPT the ribs & the onion.
  • Place the ribs in a saucepan w/ a lid, large enough to hold the ribs.
  • Pour the sauce over the ribs.
  • Spread the onion rings on top.
  • Cover & bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
  • Turn heat down & simmer for 45 minutes or until ribs are nice & tender.
