Ingredients
- 1/3 c. salad oil
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 1 lg. can sauerkraut
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. green pepper, diced
- 1 c. sugar
Method
- Bring oil, vinegar and sugar to a boil.
- Let cool.
- Pour over remaining ingredients.
- Refrigerate for 24 hours.
- Toss several times to mix.
- Serves approximately 20.
