Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh orange juice (about 2 oranges)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 2 cups fresh berries (blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, or strawberries)
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Method
- Combine juice and cornstarch in a small saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Stir in berries, sugar, and pepper. Reduce heat, and simmer 8 minutes or until sauce thickens.
