Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Rub mixture into meat of choice; let stand 2 hours at room temperature or overnight, chilled, before cooking.
- Baste with the sauce.
