Ingredients
- 1/3 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 3/4 cup White Balsamic Vinegar
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 1/4 cup Honey ( could also use Molasses)
- 1 tsp. Salt
Method
- In a medium sauce pan (or deep frying pan) on low heat, add Balsamic, sugar and Worce. Sauce. Bring to a simmer until sugar is dissolved. Whisk in honey and salt. Let sit at low simmer, whisking occasionally, until a light syrup consistency is reached. Poor over meatballs or other, while sauce is still hot. Sauce thickens very fast.
