Ingredients
- 2 lb. lean rump or fillet
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
- 2 tsp. finely grated garlic
- 2 tsp. finely grated ginger
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. sesame seed
Method
- Cut steak into very thin slices.
- Beat them.
- Cut into medium-sized squares.
- Make up marinade and let meat soak for 3 hours (longer in the refrigerator).
