Ingredients
- 12 green peppers
- 12 red peppers
- 12 medium onions
- 2 cups cider vinegar
- 2 cups sugar
- 3 tablespoons salt
Method
- Remove seeds and cores and chop all peppers finely.
- Peel onions and chop finely
- Cover with boiling water and let stand for 5 minutes.
- Drain and add the vinegar, sugar and salt.
- Pour into hot jars and seal.
- Process 5 minutes.
