Ingredients
- 2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
- dash of salt
- 3 eggs
- 4 c. rhubarb, cut in 1-inch slices
Method
- Mix sugar, flour, nutmeg and salt; add to beaten eggs.
- Stir in rhubarb.
- Pour into unbaked 9 to 10-inch pie shell.
- Bake 50 minutes in a 350° oven.
