Ingredients
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 medium onion
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 1 pkg. Mexican cornbread mix
- 2 eggs
Method
- Melt oleo; cube pepper and onion.
- Saute in oleo.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Bake at 350° until slightly firm.
