Ingredients
- 1 pkg. lemon jello
- 1 1/4 c. hot water
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 4 tsp. horseradish
- 2 Tbsp. grated onion
- 1 c. chopped cooked beets
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in water and add other ingredients.
- Put in molds for 6 to 8 servings.
