Ingredients
- 10 brats
- 4 - 12 oz dark beers (warm)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Method
- Bring beer and onions to a boil. Submerge brats. Add spices and simmer 12-15 minutes. Remove from liquid and grill 5 to 10 minutes until brown.
