Ingredients
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 yellow or green bell peppers
- 2 lb. beefsteak, trimmed
- 3 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 garlic clove, peeled and finely minced
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped parsley
- salt and black pepper
Method
- Broil peppers until charred on all sides.
- Remove and place them in paper bag (to steam) for 10 minutes; remove skins and seeds.
- Slice peppers into thin strips.
- Set aside.
