Ingredients
- 8 oz. fettuccine
- 1/3 c. light cream or whipping cream (at room temperature)
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- fresh black pepper
- 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
- Return pasta to the hot kettle or Dutch oven.
- Add Parmesan cheese, light cream and margarine.
- Toss gently until pasta is well coated. Sprinkle with pepper.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 4 main dish servings.
