Ingredients
- 4 lbs. lean chuck, cut into 1 3/4 inch pcs
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 Packages onion soup mix
- 1 c. Seven-Up
- 1 c. burgundy wine
Method
- Place meat in a 4 qt casserole.
- Don't season.
- Pour soup mix and soup over the meat.
- Add in Seven-Up and wine.
- Cover the casserole and bake at 275 degrees for 4 hrs.
- Don't OPEN OVEN DOOR DURING COOKING!
- Serve over cooked noodles.
- Delicious!
