- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 1/2 c. original Minute rice
- 3/4 lb. flank steak strips
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 6 c. bite-size vegetables
- 1 c. beef broth
- 4 tsp. cornstarch
Method
- Mix soy sauce, sherry, brown sugar and seasoning.
- Add beef, let stand 20 minutes to marinate.
- Stir-fry beef in hot oil in skillet until browned.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry until tender-crisp.
- Mix broth and cornstarch, add to skillet.
- Bring to boil and boil 1 minute.
