Ingredients
- 1 lb. stew meat
- 1 can mushrooms
- 1 small onion
- 1 beef bouillon
- water
- cornstarch
- sour cream
- egg noodles
Method
- Brown beef, mushrooms and onion.
- Dissolve bouillon in water. Add to beef.
- Thicken broth with cornstarch.
- Add sour cream to taste before serving.
- Serve over noodles.
